Barclays Bank Plc signs agreement with TRG for contact center services for Consumer Banking operations in Pakistan

Karachi July 22, 2008; Barclays Bank Plc and The Resource Group (TRG) have signed an agreement whereby TRG will provide Contact Center services to Barclays customers across Pakistan. TRG will be providing a full-suite of telephone banking and marketing services to support the aggressive expansion of the Barclays consumer bank in Pakistan.

Mr. Mohsin Nathani, Managing Director and Country Head, Barclays Pakistan commented that “Barclays carries a 300 year old history of having a customer-centric approach in our business ventures.
