Managed IT Services launched at Connect 2010

TRG introduced its Managed IT Infrastructure Services to the domestic market at Connect IT Exhibition and Conference 2010 at Karachi Expo Center.

Amir Hassan, Director IT Services, TRG Pakistan, presented a paper at the Conference. The paper introduced the strategy of Globalization, and IT as its key success driver. An understanding the key elements of effective management of Global IT Response Services around the world and in the BPO market space was elaborated. Managed IT Infrastructure Services like Helpdesk, Network and Server Monitoring, Maintenance, Enterprise Telephony, and Enterprise Server Hosting Services were introduced. Amir Hassan recommended strategies to organizations for effective management of dynamics of these IT Response Teams.
