TRG’S call center services make home remittances convinient for overseas Pakistanis

As part of its strategy to boost home remittances, the State Bank of Pakistan has formally launched the Pakistan Remittance Initiative (PRI). The initiative aims to be truly responsive to foreign exchange remittance needs of Overseas Pakistanis by providing them with a call center facility for convenience and speed of service.
The PRI, through the auspices of the State Bank of Pakistan has selected TRG to manage outsourced operations of PRI’s inbound call center services. TRG will provide, round-the-clock coverage to overseas callers across GCC states, Europe, UK, US and the Far East. Non Resident Pakistanis will be provided comprehensive customer service for remittance inquiries, monetary transactions, and complaints.
