Financial Services Practice |

TRG is launching its Global Financial Services Practice, a distinct business division within the company focused on providing Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) services to its vast portfolio of customers around the world. TRG Financial Services will provide in-depth business research to support our clients in their strategic decisions regarding Investments, Market Entry and Long-Term growth of their respective businesses. Our work will also include information gathering and data analysis for other corporate support functions within client organizations such as Marketing and HR. Our primary aim at TRG Financial Services will be to provide our global customers with a high-quality and rapid research capability that allows them to make intelligent business decisions in a cost-effective manner.
We are currently seeking to build a team of individuals with brilliant acumen, solid expertise in research and market analysis and in-depth experience within one or two industry sectors. Team members will also have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills and some work experience in management consulting, investment banking and equity research.

Key Responsibilities |
|

| |
The Senior Research Analyst will conduct primary and secondary research and develop unique content (business reports) through outside literature reviews, in-depth interviews with industry leadership, clients, and experts on best practices across different research objectives. He/She will synthesize key findings and provide original analysis. Senior Analysts will have close interaction with TRG's clients and in some instances will be working directly with customers on research analysis and presentations. |

Qualifications |

CFA Level 2 qualified (preferred but not mandatory)
Graduate degree from a top institution within or outside Pakistan |
