TRG & Telenor Pakistan join hands for customer convenience

Karachi, April 5, 2007: Telenor Pakistan and The Resource Group (TRG) have signed an agreement whereby TRG will provide a significant set of Call Center services to Telenor Pakistan’s fast-growing subscriber base in the country.

TRG will be focusing primarily on providing Call Center services to support Telenor Pakistan’s extensive marketing campaigns across the country. TRG will also provide telemarketing services, email-support and will assist with queries and processes related to Mobile Number Portability.  Telenor Pakistan will continue to provide Inbound Customer Services from its Call Centers.

Chief Marketing Officer Telenor Pakistan Sigvart Voss Eriksen described the agreement as not only an indication of the growing maturity of the market but also Telenor Pakistan’s commitment towards its customers. He said, “By establishing an alliance with TRG, Telenor Pakistan intends to provide its customers even more value for their money.
