Hassan is the Group Head of Finance responsible for TRG's global finance organization. In addition to general financial oversight, he also manages the group's offshore F&A shared service center.

Prior to joining TRG in 2011, Hassan was the CFO for South and East Asia at Oracle where he served on the Boards of various Oracle subsidiaries. He has also served as the interim Managing Director responsible for Oracle's business in South East Asia. Earlier, he helped setup the M&A division at Fauji and managed acquisitions and investments in excess of $500 million. He has also worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in various management roles in its assurance, compliance and consulting divisions.

Hassan is a CA (Chartered Accountant) and holds a bachelor's degree in finance. He enjoys travelling and tennis.
