Pat is the General Counsel of The Resource Group. Pat leads all legal functions at TRG, including the provision of legal strategy and execution for TRG's multiple portfolio companies. At both the TRG and portfolio company level, Pat manages significant legal matters such as debt and equity financings, M&A, corporate restructurings, intellectual property, compliance, litigation, as well as private equity and capital market transactions.

Pat earned a bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry from SUNY Geneseo and graduated from the Boston University School of Law where he was an Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology law. Following law school, Pat practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and in Silicon Valley and O'Melveny & Myers in San Francisco, where he focused on complex patent, trade secret, and employment law.
